Who the client is

Raz Stern runs Stern Jabareen — a finishing, renovation, and construction business, with a site at thensjgroup.com and the Instagram account @stern_jabareen. Like most contractors we meet, Raz isn't a marketer. He is on-site most of the day, juggling clients, suppliers, and open projects.

The starting point

When we started working together about four months ago, the account sat at 2,848 followers. The content was fine — real project photos — but the pace was low and the account wasn't really reaching new people. Raz didn't want to become a full-time creator. He wanted Instagram to work for him in the background, without eating into the hours he needs for the actual work.

What we did

  1. Step one — content strategy: we sat down with the profile, gave Raz clear recommendations on posting cadence, content types that work in the renovations space (project process, before/after, close-ups on finish quality), and how to make the profile look professional to someone landing on it for the first time.
  2. Step two — connecting to the RapidGrow system: after the strategy, we connected the account. From there the system started exposing it consistently to new, relevant audiences — people in Israel interested in renovations, interior design, construction, and real estate — at a controlled, human pace and without bots.
  3. Step three — letting it work: once the system was running, Raz went back to focusing on his work. There was no pressure on him to post daily, film stories, or track stats. According to the data, over the entire period he added just one new post to the feed (306 → 307).

The results

  • Followers: 2,848 → 5,168. A gain of 2,320 followers, about 81% over the period.
  • New posts: 306 → 307. One post across the entire period.
  • All the rest of the growth came from the system's exposure, not from Raz posting more.

What Raz got out of it beyond followers

The more important part, in our view, isn't the number itself. It's what the number freed up for him: time. Raz didn't spend evenings brainstorming post ideas, didn't run campaigns, and didn't try to "crack the algorithm." He kept running his business, executing projects, and serving existing clients.

At the same time, the new exposure also brought inquiries from potential clients through Instagram — some of which turned into closed jobs. We're not publishing a specific number here because it wouldn't be right to expose a client's full business details, but that's part of the story — the growth wasn't only a number on the profile page, it translated into actual work.

What to take from this case

  • You don't have to be active on Instagram all day to grow there. Even a hands-on business that isn't producing new content can be consistently exposed to a new audience.
  • Existing, quality content (even if it's not new) is sometimes enough to convert visitors into followers, provided the profile looks professional and the exposure reaches the right people.
  • In fields like renovations, real estate, and professional services, adding 2,000 relevant Israeli followers is worth more than 20,000 random followers from around the world. It's the quality of the audience that produces inquiries.

In closing

Not every case is a story of triple-digit growth in a few weeks. Raz's case is a simpler, honest story: a business owner with no time for Instagram let the system run in the background for about four months, and found his account had nearly doubled without him touching it — and that some of those new followers turned into work. For us, this is exactly the kind of case we like telling.

Frequently asked questions

Beyond the initial strategy calls with us and setting up the account in the system, Raz barely touched it during the period. He posted once over the whole four months — the rest happened in the background.

No. Every account is different — the niche, the audience, the profile quality, and the starting point all matter. This case is one client, in one field, in one period. We publish it because the numbers are real and backed by screenshots.

The system targets audiences by the criteria we set with Raz — an Israeli audience interested in renovations, construction, interior design, and real estate. The fact that some of the new followers reached out and became actual work is the best indication that the audience really is relevant.
