Information We Collect
Contact form: when you reach out, we collect your name, email address and your Instagram or TikTok handle.
Account connection for active customers: account connection happens through a separate onboarding step using the Instagram Graph API for insights. Targeting data is stored using tools such as Airtable, Google Sheets and webhooks.
The website itself uses only a language-preference cookie (stored via localStorage). No advertising pixels are currently installed on the site.
How We Use It
We use your information to contact you, to provide and manage the organic growth services, to profile and target the relevant audience, and to improve our service.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
WhatsApp Business: for communication and coordination with you.
Instagram Graph API: to retrieve insights data for active customer accounts.
Airtable / Google Sheets / webhooks: to manage and store audience targeting data.
Cookies
The website uses a single cookie to store your language preference (via localStorage). We do not currently use advertising pixels or marketing tracking tools.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as it is needed to provide the service or as required by law. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
